Questions about the proposed recreation facility

TCPUD is evaluating the future use of the Tahoe City Community Center (TCCC) property and its potential to meet community recreation needs. As part of the feasibility study, TCPUD is exploring three recreation facility concepts, associated costs, potential funding considerations, and community priorities.

These FAQs address many of the responses submitted in the TCCC community survey and will be updated as the feasibility study progresses and additional information becomes available.

Note: Specific amenities, programming spaces, equipment, or other design features for each facility concept have not been determined. The concepts being evaluated are intended to establish the general type, size, and potential cost of a future facility. If a concept moves forward, these details would be developed through future planning and design, informed by community needs, operational considerations, and available funding.
